Free Employee Scheduling Software: ClockIt

Free Employee Scheduling Software: ClockIt:

ClockIt is a free employee scheduling software that can create employee schedule, and employee rosters automatically. This free employee schedule maker lets you specify shift and employee information, and then create employee schedule for many days, or even months at a time. All this while requiring minimal intelligence from your part.

ClockIt

ClockIt permits all type of different shifts to be setup. For example, you can setup a shift with both paid as well as unpaid breaks. You can make shifts that span midnight. And you can even create multiple shifts for an employee on the same day.

Another interesting feature of this freeware employee scheduler is that once you have created employee schedule using ClockIt, you can use that file as a template to create future schedules. That is very helpful as you do not need to start from scratch while creating any new schedule.

Once you have generated the schedules, you can create employee rosters that you can distribute to employees.

Some other employee scheduling software that we reviewed earlier include online employee scheduling software, DRoster, and Picture TimeClock.

ClockIt is quite feature rich free employee schedule creator, but it can also be a bit tricky to use. The interface is not that intuitive in the beginning. You need to definitely go through the help file that is provided by ClockIt, before you start using it. Otherwise, it might turn out to be quite a bad experience.

Having said that, ClockIt is one of the best employee scheduling software, if you can patiently go through help file, and take time to master it. The download size of ClockIt is a meager 22 MB, which is pretty small considering the features that this freeware provides.

Download ClockIt Free.
